Ociate now connects to 6,000+ apps with Zapier
Your agency does not run on one tool. Enquiries land in a web form, buyers come in through the portals, your team lives in a group chat, and the numbers get pulled into a spreadsheet at the end of the week. Every one of those handoffs is a chance for a lead to be typed twice, or missed entirely.
Your agency does not run on one tool. Enquiries land in a web form, buyers come in through the portals, your team lives in a group chat, and the numbers get pulled into a spreadsheet at the end of the week. Every one of those handoffs is a chance for a lead to be typed twice, or missed entirely.
Today that gets a lot easier. Ociate now has a Zapier integration, which means you can connect Ociate to more than 6,000 other apps and let the busywork run itself. No developers, no spreadsheets full of exports, no copy and paste.
You're even able to connect up to your existing CRM (if they support Zapier too) making it easier than ever to see how Ociate fits into your ecosystem.
What you can actually do with it
A Zap is a simple automation: when this happens, do that. You build it once and it runs quietly in the background from then on.
Ociate can now kick off a Zap when something important happens in your pipeline:
- A new lead comes in
- A new contact is created
- A lead moves to a new stage (for example, an appraisal is booked or a property goes to market)
And Zapier can push data straight into Ociate from anywhere else you work:
- Create or update a contact
- Create a lead
- Create or update a buyer
Mix and match those with the apps you already use, and most of the manual data entry in your day disappears.
Three ways agents are using it
1. Keep your other systems in sync. Already running another CRM or a portal that captures enquiries? Point it at Ociate. When a contact is created or updated over there, Zapier creates or updates the same contact in Ociate automatically, so your database stays current without anyone rekeying a name and number.
2. Never let a new lead go cold. The moment a new lead lands in Ociate, have Zapier post it to your team chat, add a row to your reporting spreadsheet, create a follow up task, or ping the right agent on their phone. The people who need to act see it in seconds, not at the next team meeting.
3. Pull buyers in from wherever they come from. Open home sign in sheets, enquiry forms, portal alerts, a spreadsheet a colleague keeps: send any of them through Zapier and Ociate creates or updates the buyer for you. Every enquiry becomes a real record you can match against your listings, instead of a note that gets lost.
Because stage changes can trigger a Zap too, you can wire up the moments that matter most. When a lead moves to appraisal booked, start a checklist. When a property goes to market, drop a message in the office channel. Whatever your process is, you can make the rest of your tools follow it.
Set up in a few minutes
You do not need to be technical to get started.
- In Zapier, create a new Zap and choose Ociate as your trigger or action app.
- Connect your account with a quick, secure sign in. You choose which office the connection is allowed to see, and nothing else.
- Pick your trigger and action, map the fields once, and switch it on.

That is it. From then on it runs on its own.
Built to keep your data safe
Connecting Ociate to Zapier uses a secure sign in, so you never paste secret keys or passwords into a third party. When you connect, you decide exactly which office the connection can access, and the permission is locked to that choice.
You stay in control the whole time. Every connected app is listed in your Ociate settings under Connected Apps, and you can switch any of them off with one click. Revoke access and the automations stop immediately.
